Responsible for greeting customers, taking service calls from customers to schedule appointments, fostering positive customer relations with a friendly attitude, communicating repair details and charges to customers, informing customers of their maintenance and repair needs which are identified during the service appointment process, communicating repair status to customers, acting as a liaison between external customers and all those involved internally at the dealership in the service appointment process, and reviewing results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service Managers.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates possess a minimum 2 years experience as Service Advisor at an automotive dealership, outstanding communication skills, professional appearance and work ethic, great attitude with a high-energy personality, superior customer service skills, basic understanding of vehicle systems, basic understanding of computer keyboard operations, valid drivers license, ability to multi-task, and high school diploma or equivalent.
